edematous PH II gingiva?

edematous PH II gingiva?

Uncovered #s 19,20 four weeks ago. Extractions/Immediate implants. Took impression for crowns two weeks ago. Had to laser to clear margins for this impression. Seated crowns today. Tissue was not optimal. Puffy. Very edematous. Should I have waited to take impressions until after tissue issue could be resolved? What are my options now that the crowns are in? I will recall this pt in 4 weeks. I wish I was a periodontist. HK

I will wait 3 months for the tissue to reconsitute itself and re-evaluate at that time. Thanks HK
